Preparation Guidleines

Micro Video Instruments, Inc. Microscope Transportation Preparation Guidelines

The following need to be provided by the customer:

• Rental crates or suitable boxes will need to be provided.
• 300 square feet of 3/16” bubble wrap (smaller bubble size) will need to be provided for each large research microscope with accessories.  Lesser amounts needed for smaller microscopes / less accessories.
• Minimum two spools of standard packing tape 48mm x 100M.
• Micro Video Instruments, Inc. will not be responsible for loss or breakage during relocation of the instruments.
• Micro Video Instruments, Inc. does not disassemble or pack computer systems. Cameras attached to microscopes will pack as microscope accessories with any related power supplies.
• Micro Video Instruments, Inc. does not perform actual transportation of instruments except in special circumstances.
